_____ Do not use any control measures on your own. The use of aerosols, bug bombs,
baits, etc., may cause our treatment to fail.
_____ Please remove all eating utensils such as silverware, dishes, pots and pans,
etc., from your cabinets and place them in the middle of floor in an adjacent
room. Cover all items with a sheet. Please do not leave these items in kitchen
because it
will make it more difficult to treat your cabinets.
_____ Leave all kitchen appliances such as toasters, blenders, microwaves,
coffeemakers, etc., on your counter. They will need to be inspected and
treated if necessary.
_____ Put away toothbrushes, water glasses, and other personal use items in bathrooms.
_____ Thoroughly clean all counter surfaces with hot sudsy water after your service.
We prefer that you use liquid dish washing detergent rather then products
containing ammonia or bleach, as these products are repellants and will interfere
with our treatment.
_____ Please have children and pet toys put away. All pet food and water containers
should be removed and stored in plastic bags.
_____ During warm weather months, please leave your air conditioning turned on.
If you do not own an air conditioner, open all windows and leave fans on for
better ventilation.
_____ Because of the many variables out of our control with this type of service, i.e.,
preparation, cleanliness, insects being reintroduced into structure, etc. there
will not be a warranty offered with this program.
_____ Please be patient, it may take up to three weeks to several months to eliminate
a cockroach infestation. We strongly suggest that a follow-up service be
scheduled 30-days from your initial treatment.
