A great company to do business with. Our tech, Kevin, provides our routine maintenance, and he is so diligent and thorough - and friendly too! We live in a rural area, but we have had no issues with bugs or rodents since Kevin has treated our home. A great service at a great price.

I have always been very happy with the service and results with Advanced Pest Solutions. I have been using them for routine maintenance for about three years now. Logan is usually the tech that handles our service. He is always prompt, professional and polite. I have also referred friends to APC.
We have always had great service from Tammy and her Team. Our past service was completed by Josh. He talked with us before spraying. We walked the house to explain our issues and Josh completed everything as we discussed. Josh found a solution for a small ant problem we had in our driveway as well.

Our service Technician Josh Richards was amazing he went above and beyond to find out where our pest problems were coming from , even crawled into a small space to find the hole in the roof. We have had Kevin from Advanced Pest Solutions service our downtown cafe for over 12 years. We have had exceptional service and have been treated with the highest regard. They have not just maintained our cafe but educated us on how to stay above standard! They treat you like family and you feel important every time you call. We would choose Adanced every time because they go above and beyond!
Quick update to my older review. Robert came out yesterday and started getting the house ready for winter. He suggested having gatage door seals replaced and added bait box there. We have not had mice and this year no ants. Robert was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Excellent technician.<br>Any time you have mice is not a great day. Tammy was excellent in explaining the procedures , cost, and quickly worked me into the schedule. Max was very professional and educated me on why they were coming in and how he was going to fix the problem. He is an asset to the company. We will now have them come quarterly for spiders too.
Advanced Pests is the only company we call when we need our property sprayed for bugs, spiders, ants, box elder bugs, the list goes on. I have had this company from the early 90s they are reasonable, do great services and are very polite. I have referred many to them. Would not change companies for anything.
I called them originally for bugs. Once Kevin came out and sprayed they were gone quickly. I then signed up for their maintenance program and they mentioned by signing up, they would take care of mice as we’ve had problems in the past.<br>Shortly after, we saw evidence of mice and I called them. Kody was out the next day.<br>He did a very thorough job setting traps and bait. He was very knowledgeable.<br>I’ve been happy with both experiences and would recommend them to others. They were actually a referral from my brother in law.

We were having problems with paper wasps that, no matter what we did, kept returning to build hives on our deck. Since they came and sprayed, the wasps do not even seem to FLY into my yard!! Also, while they were here, they noticed how many ants were out front of our house. Turns out our front tree had carpenter ants, a TON of them. Gone too!! I had called several other companies, but I'm so glad I went with Advanced Pest Solutions. They are priced right, friendly and have great service! They even squeezed us in just to take care of the bee situation, because I'm allergic! Choose this company, and ask them about their quarterly program, you won't be sorry!
My apartment complex uses this company for it's routine pest control services. Was notified by the property management company that someone would be coming into all the units in our building for routine maintenance and I happened to be home when they came. The technician (Katie) arrived during the hours windows indicated on the notice form, was polite, courteous in my unit and around my belongings, worked efficiently, made small talk while she was working, and even took time to explain to me what she was doing (even though I'm sure she is not required to). As a tenant, I am satisfied with my complex's decision to use this company.

This was my first time using a pest control service, and I was very pleased with the entire experience with Advanced Pest Solutions to help with my ant problem. I was able to get a quote over the phone, that was lower than I anticipated. Our service technician, Jeff, arrived right on time, got to work, and communicated with me what he found throughout the process. I was not ever upsold on anything or pushed to add services, so I paid the price I was quoted at and it included a warranty. I will definitely work with this company again should I unfortunately need to for any pest issues!
